Refund Policy

  • All our products come with a standard 1 year warranty. If the product fails due to any manufacturing defect in the first year of normal (non abusive) usage, we will be happy to honour the product warranty claim. Please send us a copy of your order invoice or quote your order/invoice number for us to validate your purchase. We don't provide a refund against a warranty claim. We shall provide you with a new replacement product (with no additional shipping charges).
  • Full refund will be provided in case of non-availability of stocks with us.
  • We are proud of our product, that’s why you can return them to us and receive the refund for the purchase price of the goods less the shipping cost in the same form of tender as long as you have your purchase receipt. All goods returned must be in a new and sellable condition, and in original, unopened packaging and must be returned within 7 days of receiving goods. The buyer is responsible for all postage costs for the returns to our warehouse. Returns will not be accepted for used or opened packages/goods. No refund shall be given for damaged products or products with missing parts. Goods must be in the same condition as they left us. Please include the copy of the invoice with the returns. Original shipping costs for the returned goods are non-refundable except where the items have been wrongly shipped or where the product/s is defective. You can choose between a refund, exchange or store credit for the agreed amount.
  • We will assess the condition and age of all returned goods prior to offering a refund, exchange voucher or repair. This may result in the product being sent away for assessment. If the product has no defect or has been damaged due to inappropriate use, no refund, exchange or repair shall be provided for the same.
  • Your refund will be processed within 7 business days of receipt of the returned product/s at our returns centre. The amount shall be refunded to your original payment method.
  • Credit card refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within five (5) business days of receipt of the returned package. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
